Right now I get a meal between 12-12:30 and lift at 3:00-3:30...my post workout shake comes at about 4:30...(44 grams whey,5 grams creatine,77 grams dextrose)...should I eat anything before my workout...??? Remember I'm on a cut diet...Thanx..

Read the cutting sticky. But no if your not doing you cardio in the AM, then you should do it on an empty stomach. Read the cutting sticky.

I'd also post the entire approach which will take the other meals into consideration when attempting to offer up a logical answer.

If you are eating a meal around 12:30pm then i would not have another meal if i am gonna lift at 3-3:30...
Example: I have a meal at 3:15pm and hit the gym around 5:45pm...
