diet critique
6:30 am MEAL 1: 2 scoops protein
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
9:00am MEAL 2: 6 Egg white veggie and grilled chicken
1 tbsp natty PB
12:00pm MEAL 3: 8oz Tuna
8oz sweet potato
12:30pm WORKOUT
1:30pm PWO: 2 scoops protein / 80g dextrose
4:00pm MEAL 4: 8oz chicken
1 cup greens
8oz sweet potato
7:00pm MEAL 5: 8oz turkey
¼ cup almonds
10:00pm MEAL 6: 12 egg whites
2 tbsp natural PB
1 scoop protein

sorry....5'9" 175lb 7% bf. Looking to stay lean and put on a few lbs. Probably going to do a 10 week test-e/eq cycle next month.

Looks good but we do need more info like totals for the day and such. A few minor things in the meantime:
-I think 12 eggwhites PLUS protein powder before bed is a bit of a waste. The eggwhites are more than sufficient, and you are getting extra protein from the PB
-Talking about the PB - perhaps try some varied fat sources, in particular some flax oil which would go well before bed
-Your PPWO meal is too late. It's 2.5 hours after the PWO shake. It should be eaten within 45-60 minutes after the shake.

-I will change to flax before bed.
As far as the PPWO, I work 2 jobs and I have to be at work at 4:30-7:30pm. what do you recommend I do about those meals?
