    eca stack???

    eca stack--ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin.....supposed to take all 3 at once?? what is recommended dose of each??

    Yes, you take all three of these at once 2-3 times a day. I wouldent take any after 5 pm because you might have trouble going to sleep....
    E=25mg Ephedrine
    C=200mg's
    A=81mg's (a childrens asprin...some people believe this actually is counterproduvtice, the asprin that is in the stack)

    Basically do some research before looking for an easy way out, without a proper diet and cardio your just hurtin yourself

    my diet is super clean, and my cardio is constant. I only use caffeine 30 mins before cardio, I will try switching things around a bit. You guys don't have trouble getting ephedrine these days??

    You can get Ephedrine HCL 25mg at a gas station no problem.

    just buy an over the counter fat burner, like hydroxycut or xenadrine, does the same **** just they dont got ephedrine in them anymore...
