I pretty much always eat something like cottage cheese, egg whites, or drink a protein shake mixed with a teaspoon of Flax before going to sleep- do you think this leads to a storing of bodyfat? Or do you guys follow the don't eat for 3 hours before you go to bed (I haven't done this for years, but maybe that would help in losing bodyfat?) I feel like I can't fall asleep if I'm hungry. What best for your body? -to starve or give it some nutrients throughout the night?![]()
