I am 29yrs 5-10 1/2 150lbs and need to put on some weight,about 40lbs and i would be happy.this is my diet could u pls tell what u think is good or bad about it.thanks
meal 1- 12 grain bagel Nlarge2 with milk 1120cals,147carbs,63pro.
meal 2-tuna sandwich on oatmeal brown bread 327cals,42carbs,33pro.
meal 3-tuna sandwich on Oatmeal brown bread with Nlarge2 1127cals 128carbs 85pro,
meal 4 fish,chicken,beef,veggi,potatoes,pasta,milk a mix of these each day
workout
ON protein shake and gatorade 290cals,48carbs,23pro.
meal 5 {bedtime} Nlarge2- yogourt 920cals,109carbs,55pro.
total are 3784cals,474carbs,259pro. + meal 4 not sure what my intakes would be. i all so eat some apples and bannans throwout the day and drink 4-5 glasses of water aday
