Have her do cardio in morning and resistance training in evening, possibly ckt training or SuperSetting Opposing Muscle groups. The other wants to tone up (DIET, SuperSets), get a bigger butt (DIET, Lunges Squats), and abs(Cardio, Diet, Stability Ball Ab work)
