usually wake up around 11 , I can do that with my type of work.
-I start the day off with a breakfast like 2 cans of tuna and a shake at 11
-around 2 have a shake of muscle milk with whole milk and bowl of oatmeal
-Before workout I have a shake and an apple or banana
-PWO I have a Shake with Flaxseed Oil and Dextrose and a scoop of Glutamine with a couple steaks or chicken breast
- PPWO I have 3 cans of tuna and some beans if I have some made
-before bed time I usually munch on 3 or 4 burgers containing 20 grams of protein each burger
flame away , I know its a bad diet but hopefully with your help I can get on the ball.
