I am going away with the wife for a 1 week vacation and will be staying in a hotel. I am on my 13th week of cutting diet.
I want to take a week off from weights as I haven't done that in a long time. I want to perform some cardio as the hotel does have treadmills.
question is how do I go about planning a diet when the room I am in does not have a refrigerator, I can't cook meals while I am out.
I will bring some canned tuna, protein powder.
I don't need to necessarily keep the same diet going, I just want to avoid gaining the fat % I lost back in those 7 days.
I would figure we would be going out to eat at least once a day.
how do you stick to your diet (somewhat) while on vacation for a week?
