Im starting my first cycle the novice cycle 1 on this web site. I weigh 256 pounds, 5 foot 11 inches, high body fat, I do cardio now 3 times a week for 25 minutes, and muscle training 2-3 times a week also. My goal is to build muscle, I'd like to loose weight but know its almost impossible on roids. My question is im taking vitamin: c, b complex, b-6, b12, flax oil, whey protein. I take 2 whey shakes a day and 2tsp of oil. With me being as big as I am should I still eat so many shakes and should i still do the oil ?
