Anyone work out on cheat days??
I'm on cycle but today is also my cheat day, I'm thinking I could still go work out now, have my PWO shake, and then a few hours later eat whatever I want? Does this sound reasonable?? Thanks guys!!

Don't you have a workout schedule that you go by?
(Days on and off, that kind of thing??)

I always workout on cheat days(I workout monday, tuseday, thursday and fridays and fridays are my cheat days). I dont se why you shouldnt do that I like it because the workout makes me mad hungry

to me it only seems reasonable.. Work out like a wild animal because you know your gonig to more than satisfy those muscles w/ ample food intake

i love working out on cheat days because it actually helps me to not overdo it because i know that the two PWO meals will be perfect and that i can't eat like sh!t before, otherwise i'd get sick. Working out for me keeps the cheat day concentrated into one meal, which IMO does a lot less damage.
