Protein/Dex Shake For second workout?
was wondering if a few days I worked out in the morning say for ex. chest and then at night did forearms/abs would I have a second shake with dex after that workout. I have only been doing my shake 50g protein/100g dex after my first workout. I only workout twice about two days out of the week just to get in abs, forearms, and additional calves. Thanks for the input.

I wouldnt do it. You don't need to do it after abs. I don't think your forearm workout would be that insane.

i would do like 1/3 say.. ~20g/35g or something along those lines for 2nd session resistance training, but i also believe that it is dependent upon your training intensity.. if you go Insane w/ abs calves and for arms.. *only God knows how..* i would up my pwo shake
