**Critique my daily diet (revised)
meal 1) 7 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2) Grilled Chicken breast, portion rice, green beans, pees, carrotts
meal 3) Grilled Chicken breast, portion rice, green beans, pees, carrotts
meal 4) Grilled Chicken breast, portion rice, green beans, pees, carrotts
meal 5) Grilled Chicken breast, portion rice, green beans, pees, carrotts
meal 6) Grilled Chicken breast, portion rice, green beans, pees, carrotts
meal 7) 2 Grilled Chicken breast, portion rice, green beans, pees, carrotts
meal 8) 2 cans tuna, 16oz White Grape juice
**This does not include supplements such as protien powder, glutamine, NO2, vitamins, flax seed oil.
How is this for a daily diet. Ive been following this diet for about the past 6 months now (only recently added the veggies) and Ive gained about 15-20lbs eating every 2 hours. Do I need anything else??
** Cycle to start soon.

lol thats horrible.. get rid of peas and carrots get rid of grapefruit juice and add flax to the tuna, would cut back to mebe 2 full eggs and 6 whites as well

theirs not much essential fats,,, eat more fish. theirs no sine that your getting enough vitamins and minerals in this diet Balance it out more.

What are pees? You're eating piss?????
Diet is horrid IMHO, whether bulking or cutting.
7 whole eggs w/oats????? U serious???

Love to comment, but you list no goals/stats/pertinent information/etc.
Whatever the case, the stickies atop the page (the "important" posts) can guide you through how you'll want to set up your approach, dependent upon your goals.

If you are sticking with that I really hope you like chicken. I mean I LOVE chicken as much as anyone but that would get old every meal, every day.

Chicken sucks ass.........
I've become soooooooooooooooooooooooo tired of that sh*t.
I eat turkey burgers/steaks/lean ground beef as my protein sources.
Chicken breasts can kiss my ass.

I have no problem eating grilled chicken at every meal day in and day out. So I can keep the chicken....I do the rice b/c its my carbs and its very easy to prepare (10min) and I can munch on it throughout the day....just tell me what to add and what to drop. Drop the PEAS and the carrotts...add spinach?? Add peanutbutter several times a day?? Help guys, please!!
