Don't Drink Milk!?
So my wife comes in last night and starts spurting off reasons to not drink milk. My initial reaction of course was to call BS. I decided I should be open minded and did some research. Come to find out, there are some pretty compelling reasons to not drink cows milk. Here are a few of the many sites I came across in my search. I would be interested to hear other peoples thoughts on this.

You can find arguments to not eat every food out there. Fruits as nutritious as they are are loaded with sugar. Chicken is highly susceptible to bacteria, fish is loaded with mercury, etc. etc.

milk is one of those foods that's actually not very healthy to drink at all, period. unless it's raw milk.......BUT.....summer is coming up and when you're cutting nobody should drink milk regardless!!! so let's just so no to milk for that reason! haha

lol..........i drink a gallon of milk a day (and i have a low bodyfat level). Im also perfectly healthy. Im gonna agree with Loz here. EVERYBODY has something on some kind of food....remember when they said coffee was bad? When tofu was bad? Creatine was bad?..........exactly.

I stopped drinking it years ago and it did have a positive impact. It depends on how much you are drinking and how your body reacts to all the sugar. Cutting out the sugar from it helped me.

Actually, I might sound like a tree hugging queer, but I prefer the taste of Soy Milk over regular milk.
