Im sure you guys can help me out on this one. I have a new job which requires me to perform physcial fitness which includes a min of a 2mile run (sometimes more) 5days a week and about 25 mins of calastitics. My problem here is should I be takin in more carbs ? My main goal is to shed mostly fat without losing too much muscle. Here is my layout of what I have been doin andy advice would be appreicated:
Lifting
Mon-Chest/tri
Wed-Back/bi's
Fir-shoulders
My running/cal is usually 4pm or later depends(no later than 930pm)
Lifting days(m-w-f)
930am Breakfast: Pro/carb
1030 Lifting
1130 PWO
130 Pro/Fat
Work Im not allowed to eat but I snack on almonds etc
On days weeks where ruuning/cal is later in the day I have a pro/carb meal
Runn/cal
Pro/carb
On my non lifting days I consume Pro/fat meal in place or workout.
