you are going to lose weight when you cut, it is the definition of cutting... unless you want to gradually decrease your bodyfat at the same rate as you are increasing muscle?!?!
if so, just eat clean and workout hard... make sure you are eating often and healthy... you will stay lean and put on some more muscle...
what are your stats???
I don't see why this would be a concern unless you had to compete in a sport at a certain weight. To keep a certain weight while losing bodyfat you have to increase your LBM in some way, shape, or form. You could do this by gaining muscle or holding water.
