    What and When would you recomend for the last meal of the day, if your trying to cut?

    What time are you working out? Most people have a pro/fat before bed such as a protein shake with flax.

    Usually 2 or 3 but sometimes 7 or 8, I like to switch it up so my muscles dont know what to expect

    i like to sneak up on my muscles while they are sleeping. . they never see it coming
