This is my diet on a school day. I don't have all the numbers figured out, but im sure you guys know most of them.
Breakfast: 2 waffles with peanut butter on them, big glass of OJ
then at school a 8oz whole milk, some pop tarts and what not You eat like **** in this meal. You have fat and cabs mixed, your spiking your insulin levels, the n consuming more sugars and crap at school.
snack 2: Turkey sandwhich on wheat
This is decent I guess
snack 3: Whole can of tuna (the regular size, not the huge one), mixed with some mayo
Now wer are aong the right tracks here. Solid complete protein source and a fat. Stick with regular mayo.
snack 4: PB&J sandwhich, and some wheat things or something
You must not care much about your physique. From the looks of things it seems to me that you are on the sea food diet.
Lunch time: whatever is for school lunch. usually some kind of ****ty ass chicken haha
Pack your own luch! That would be an idea.
snack 5: ON Whey MRP, with 16oz of whole milk in it.
The MRP sounds good and since it seems to me you are bulking then I guess the milk is ok, but I am not a big fan of it.
Snack 6: bananna, or something along those lines
1 scoop of ON Whey with whole milk
Looks good for a pre-work out drink and snack.
Workout after school
1 scoop of ON Whey with whole milk
Some snack at home, left overs or something definitly worth eating
Well you are heading in the right direction, but you should make your own MRP's for this meal.
Dinner: Usually something like chicken breast, or something with alot of ground beef in it. usually really big.
then another scoop of on whey before i go to bed(if i remember by then)
Sounds like a good dinner from the looks of it. Chken andrice or meat and pots, yams, oats, etc...
any help from anyone whos been in my position before would be great. thanks!
