Getting those muscles to show!!!

I think I got enough size that I can afford to loose some size in order to gain definition.

What do you guys do to get those muscles to show without loosing too much muscle?

I think I'm way past that, it sounds simple but it ain't working.

I think that I've acumulated fat caused by estrogen so I have very stuborn intramuscular fat.

Is there anything else to try?

Never mind, I will think twice next time I post on low-carb days. :D

I was just in panic for no reason there for a while.
