Nutrition Book Recommendations?
My diet is fairly clean, but I think there's room to dial it in a bit more. To that end, I'd like to find a good nutrition book geared toward bodybuilding--one that explains the science behind the way food works. Would Tom Venuto's book, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle suffice? How about Dan Duchaine's or Lyle McDonald's book? Also, has Swole Cat published his book yet? I bet that one would be interesting. I've done some searches on this topic, but the yield was low and, in many cases, dated.
All thoughts and recommendations will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I will be producing an E-book sometime later this year.

As for the original question, why not use this diet section and do some research. This has to be one of the best if not the best FREE diet/nutrition sections on the net. There is a lot of good information to be found on here if you search. Then once you figure things out here, move into a book like the one Swole is going to produce.
