bump
low dose test..
or low dose
dbol.. 15mg in the morning when you first wake..
or
low dose var 10mg ed..
don't allow more than 4 hours to pass without eating some type of food..
that's the real key..
Proper PCT and Diet are the #1 factors, as well as sleep.......

Ive never had that problem with creatine but i also drink lots of water. i use it while off cycle. If anything it might bloat you some but it will certainly help you keep muscle. That was the original question..:)Quote:

The best advice which I don't know why no one has said is take your time with the cutting. Don't try to do too much at one time, just go slow and take your time with the cutting process and you'll spare almost all the muscle.
try to aim for the lose of 1lb of fat a week and extremely easy cardio for an hr in mornin on empty .. eat high pro regularly.
Low doses of dbol while cutting is certainly ideal. I lost 15lbs AND increased strength in the gym at the same time while following a cutting diet and taking 15mg of dbol every morning.Quote:
