    2 more quick questions!

    What is the best steak to eat while cutting, i have been eating lean sirloin is this ok


    I can't find the nutritional content of a sweet potato(Yam), could anyone tell me this or tell many how many SPs to have pwo to be equivalent to 1/2 cup of brown rice
