I don't know about the omega-3s but the main ingredient in guac is avocados (sp?) which are high in monounsaturated fats which is not bad for you.
yea dont know what kinda fats are in it but i know its not full of saturated fats or bad fats, its a good kind....
Avocados contain monounsaturated fats(omega 3 fatty acids) and are low in sat fats so go ahead and enjoy just make sure if you are using guacamole make it yourself because most of the store bought stuff is filled with junk like sugar and ****.
Guacamole = who knows, anything could be in that sh*t dependent
upon who made it.
Avacado = just fine.
