hello everyone! i have just finished reading the how to cut thread for the 3rd time. the first two times i really didnt understand, but i researched and read it again, and it makes a lot more sense. i think i can do everything right, my only concern is that my protein (isopure) has l-glutamine in it 4.8grams. anyway, if i take my shake after i workout and after i run for the PWO protein and it has glutamine is that bad? because in the cutting it says you take the glutamine before. so should i buy glutamine and a new kinda protein powder or what?
