BBQ sauce? You're a better man than me. Albacore chunk is pretty good. They have salmon in the packets too. Fresh salmon steak coated with olive oil, garlic and seasoning with some lemon juice squeezed on it cooked on the grill is awesome. Not much of a fishy taste to it. Fish stinks. Its fish!
