I know, I'm weird like that. Anyone else eat straight peanut butter? I know it's not even really good for you, but in moderation it's not too bad, but I can't really get down the whole "moderation" part...

contest diet... started at 14% now at 9% next week ill be at 8

i do about a jar of all natty PB a day... and i drop about .5-.8% bf a week but i burn about 5.5k+ cal a day

im not a big pb fan, usually ill take a teaspoon or 2 at nite and put a bunch of cereal like honey bunches of oats or something in my mouth at the same time to make it easier to chew

thats the peanut butter diet you are talking about i did it last summer for 4 weeks , i just became addict to peanut butter , you would think its impossible to eat just that but peanut butter really keeps you full and cuts out your cravings too
do any of u guys no a link to this PB diet?...or is it just something some people experimented with?....Im a HUGE fan of PB and that seems like something i could definitly stick to. With regards to the protien intake, other then just having the whey shake...im assuming it would be alright to throw in some chicken, tuna, eggs, etc...like swole said...to add variety and spice to life at an otherwise mundane time?
If there isnt a link anywhere...those of you who did this PB diet...what did ur daily meals look like?
