ate nothing but natural peanut butter and whey protien the whole time. had one refreed day a week to from homeostasis reasons. just started adding carbs to pre and post workout. i eat 6 times a day 3 tbls per serving, with 40g protien each meal.
supps: multi vit, vit a,c,d,e polocsinol, milk thirstle, fish oils, .
30 min cardio right after workout... just added a second session of cardio at night of 45 min. lots of super sets and 30 sec rests between sets, that way by the time i get to cardio i have been burning fat for about 20 min already!
my next goal will be bulking.... lean bulking, im tired up bulking then having to try loose so muc fat.
arsonol: test prop 500mg/week tren 75mg/eod followed by dnp end of cycle.
caloried will be 20% above the amount of cals i burn per day at a resting heart rate. any more usful info on lean bulking (i know about the sticky) will be awsome! plan on getting to 4% before i start bulking again.
