choking down 600g pro a day aint a picnic.. anyone got any tips tricks or ideas on how to get easy protein ..
i mean last night i got home late tired didnt wanna eat so i take 8oz water 1 can tuna 1 scoope whey 2tbs flax oil and 12grams of 3 different types of fiber.. throw in blender andyes i drank it... NEVER doing that again.
