I did it last night, doing it tonight. 8oz lean ground beef 94% and a little spoon full, not a big spoon, little spoon of flax. no eggs around, my whey has 5g's carbs per serving, so im doin this. good to go yea?

If you are having solid food such as beef, I see no reason for inclusion of any powder.

I guess i said it wrong. I meant the whey has carbs, therefore im not going to use it. just the beef
