Well minced and ground are two different things. To mince something means to cut it into small pieces. They use big grinders to make ground beef. Hence the term "ground" instead of minced.

Ground beef is beef thats grown in the ground. So technically its not really meet its really a vegetable but with no carbs...
I eat it alot so i planted some in my back yard and this summer it should be ready to eat. Cant wait....
