    Arrow Rice

    Is Rice a good carb source? or is there to much starch?

    Yes, it's good... I eat it PPWO sometimes....

    I like to mix some brown with white rice on occasion (not into the whole segregation thing )

    Had orange chicken, beef/brocolli, egg rolls, chicken chow mein, and the fried rice.
