Desert last night, desert for brunch today, prob tonight too...then its cardio time. Oh well.
5 caramel apple pancakes with wipped cream and a side of bacon this morning. Been pounding water like a mo fo today and ready to hit some extra cardio this week.
I didn't know we were supposed to cheat for easter :P

Cheat is a four letter word -or at least it should be.
well since this is my last day of DNP on easter, i didnt do that bad, although I had some bacon for breakfast, and a couple pieces of cake for desert.
didnt touch a ****ty meal all weekend....take that!
Figured I'd enjoy my last day before I go on another DNP cycle tomorrow. Lots of chocolate, jelly beans, biscuits, salads, apple pie, more chocolate, more candy...yum

i had beef tenderloin, broccoli rabe, salad w/vinegar, and asparagus. Wow...i better go run for 9 hours.

i ate everything. and i mean EVERYTHING!
Easter I had a whole basket of chocolate eggs filled with various fillings. I also went to a morning brunch where i must have consumed about 10 taquitos filled with eggs, beans, potatoes, and cheese. I also had 4 waffles, 3 pancakes, a cup of yogurt, bacon, and 2 omelettes filled to the bring with mushrooms,cheese, bacon, and tomatoes. I could go on for another couple days after that, because I had all out binges for a few days afterwards. Im getting ready to start my next cycle, so I went ahead and set myself a few days back anwaysIm hovering around 10 % body fat anyways, so i didn't care much. I just made sure to hit the treadmill for the rest of the week in the morning on an empty stomach.
