And the point of whey is for fast absorption...use egg protein otherwise
AoG is right, you can't slow down the absoprtion of a whey molecule, try a slow sustainded release protein like egg or milk
Fats slow the digestion of foods, so using flaxseed oil or another healthy fat in your whey protein shake would accomplish this.
Milk is nothing but pure sugar. (All of the carbs are sugar, check the label)

I rarely do dairy but when I do, I add water to A tea spoon of heavy cream. It doesnt taste bad, and its cold a white. I do splenda too. That stuff is awesome isn't it?Quote:
