What is the best way to slow down the obsorbtion rate of whey protein? I drink it with oats. Does that help?

And the point of whey is for fast absorption...use egg protein otherwise

AoG is right, you can't slow down the absoprtion of a whey molecule, try a slow sustainded release protein like egg or milk

Fats slow the digestion of foods, so using flaxseed oil or another healthy fat in your whey protein shake would accomplish this.
Milk is nothing but pure sugar. (All of the carbs are sugar, check the label)
