can you gain mass and lose fat at the same time? so far i am getting stronger and and have droped a pant size. . I m running stanozol ,trern ,test-, undnalodren undeconate. i do 20 min cardio 4 days a week and 45 min 2 days a week. I lift 5 days a week and am 5' 8" tall. stareted out at 301 ( fat) am now 265 but things are getting harder ,can you give me some help . thanks. cj
