nature valley
hello everyone, ive been doing a cutting diet for a month now. anyway, i really like these nature valley bars, the peanut butter ones. heres the contents
Cal 180 (60 from fat)
Fat- 7g (1g sat.)
30g carb
2 fiber, 11 sugar
5g protein
anyway, its probably bad for me but it just doesnt seem like it. i substitute it for one of my 6 small meals.

Nature Valley Granola bars have no place in a cutting diet.
They having nothing of any value for cutting purposes whatsoever.
Enjoy!

I know this is an old post but I was curious if these nature valley oats 'n honey bars are a decent thing to eat when hungry and my options are limited... I'm on a test/masteron cycle.... 500mg test e / week and 100mg mast eod.
nature valley facts:
180 cal
total fat: 6g
sat. fat: 0.5
trans fat: 0
sodium: 160mg
carbs: 29g
Dietary Fiber: 2g
sugars: 11g
protein: 4g
Thanks for any thoughts on these.... or if these aren't the best choice maybe someone could point me in the right direction for a bar I could start buying?
