    Yeah I heard it on the radio. let me quote for you what I remember of the ad

    If you are more than 80lbs overweight diet and exercise will not help you. You have a disease that is only cured through a very safe surgical procedure
    it then goes on to list a dr. phone number so you can schedule your free consultation.
