Diet Rockstar Energy Drink and fat burning

    Hi All,

I'm a new member here and had a question about the Diet Rockstar energy drink. I'm very much wanting to get cut as opposed to any bigger.

Does anyone know if the diet energy drinks will hinder fat burning at all? I love the energy drinks for the extra kick during the workday.

I wouldn't think so, but I figured someone here would know more about this.

    Thanks!

    Chad

as long as they have no sugar and minimal calories they should burn fat. most energy drinks offer a "diet" or "no carb" version.

    How bout it?

I don't know the nutrition listing, but if they dont have carbs I dont see why they would hurt right after cardio. Other in the day, I'd say go for it.

    but list the nutrition stuff.
