What do most take in for fat in their diets, just curious. Just wondering how many grams for each lbs of weight you are when it comes to cutting fat. I know you need fat to lose it, but what is a good measure for this.

55g lifting days flax/mayo/natty pb/ground beef/swiss cheese
about 70 on non lifting days
why do u take different amount on lifting vs non lifting days?
u take more on non lifting days b/c of the lack of carbs?
I plan on keeping my fat in take around the same everyday nomatter lifting or not, the only difference is dex after workouts for me. I plan on keeping my fat around 60g.
Fat around 100g on lifting days probably more on non-lifting since two meals are pro/fat instead of pro/carb. I use mayo/flax/almonds/ranch/eggs/natty pb/turkey sausage
Mayo, peanuts, egg yolks, olive oil
