SC is right 5-10g per day, 3 isn't very effective. taking 5-10g pd you'll notice a differnce fairly quickly, try getting the liquid form if possible, it's way more effective.
and crystalmethod..you're thinkin of omega's, there's only one conjugated linoliec acid.

well sometimes research can talk as much as it wants but real experiences speak for themselves, i've been takin 9g per day and i've noticed a significant decrease in my bf levels
well thats good and experience does speak for itself true but i didnt say all cla i said certain types the kind ur taking is prob 10 ,12 not 9,11 (altho it could)be theyre coming with research to approve smth then diss it then etc..... experience,trial and error are the way

could you please elaborate on the different types of cla, i've never heard of there being different types.

where would you find the liquid form?....the cla I have been taking is only 500mgs per pill...and that would take a lot of pills to get to 5-10gs a day. I just spread mine out over the course of the day...I assume that is the best way
VPX makes a liquid form called ThinFat (worst name ever lol), kinda tastes like **** but it does the trick, each serving has 4.4g's
