Hey everyone,
I'm a hardgainer. Is it possible to have a set food diet. By this I mean having your meals the same everyday. Basically, just having what you need in carbs and protein. If anyone does this can someone give me some tips on GOOD foods to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I need CARBS, I'm really a hard gainer. I'm at about 135lbs. So how many carbs/Protein grams should I be taking. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
