1st...bump your cardio to 1 hour

2nd...change meal 1 to pro/fat (eat 4 whole eggs + 4-6 egg whites) 5g protein per large egg.

Basically combine pro/fat or pro/carb....limit carbs to the AM. Some would say that 3 1/2 hours to PPWO is too long (it probably is), but if you can get through the hunger than a PPWO at 8:45 should be pro/fat. I would take a MRP to class with you to and eat it at 6:30-7PM.

how can i limit my carbs to the AM if i dont eat them in meal 1? I really think I need some carbs in the AM or it will be hard to pay attention in class and study...

I'll bump my cardio up to an 1hr when i can...
If I can eat something earlier for PPWO how many carbs and protein should be in it?

    anything else???

meal one looks fine, its 45 min past your cardio which is what is suggested if you take in pro\carb after cardio. but cut the yolk.

ppwo, look at what you have eaten earlier in the day and add however much protein\carbs you need to meet your daily caloric intake for your cutting diet.

I calculated my BMR... I multiplied it by 1.725 b/c this is the number they say for very active people...
It says I should be eating 2064 cals
My diet comes out to about 2114 cals..

Is this the right amount of cals i should be eating??
i burn about 600-700 cals cardio 5 times a week...
plus lifting 5 times a week...
