I am experienced with gear! my stats are 205 as of today. 5'10 bf 12%. i am in my third week of my current cycle. my diet has been on point for two months. have only cheated a couple of times. but now on gear. my cravings have been more than i have evre experineced! they ussually accure after my dinner meal and before my last shake which is at 1145 pm bed time. in the past i would pick on something. but this time around on I am really trying to stay away from the treats! any ideas, help would be much appriciated!!!!! sometimes i eat rice cakes. for filler but getting sick of it! thanks bros! i am currently at 3200 calories per day. and stuffed like a pig!
