Diet length?
How long do most keep a strict diet when cutting, just curious.

Realize there is no one "timeframe" in which people cut.
When people differ by 100's of lbs., so do their dietary approaches and duration.

I am just hoping to lose about 4 to 6% bf in about 8 weeks, thats why curious. Diet is the hardest part of training.

you can definately accomplish that goal if you work hard and eat right.

I have the little bit of fat on the lower abs and handles, uppers are there, just not well defined, i appreciate the vote of confidence guys, like i said, will keep u updated. I am just going to suck it up. It's always hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you first start a journy like this, lets just hope it works outs.
