How long do most keep a strict diet when cutting, just curious.

Realize there is no one "timeframe" in which people cut.
When people differ by 100's of lbs., so do their dietary approaches and duration.

I am just hoping to lose about 4 to 6% bf in about 8 weeks, thats why curious. Diet is the hardest part of training.
you can definately accomplish that goal if you work hard and eat right.
Im trying man, i am already kind of low, but will give it my all, I want abs, never really had them. i will post pics of my progress later.Originally Posted by getbig888
For me its soooo hard to get below 10% and even harder to keep it there. At 10% though, you should be seeing something already. Even if you get to 8% you will look very cut. 6% is a very loft goal, but if you wrok really hard, you just might be able to do it.Originally Posted by go4gold
I have the little bit of fat on the lower abs and handles, uppers are there, just not well defined, i appreciate the vote of confidence guys, like i said, will keep u updated. I am just going to suck it up. It's always hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you first start a journy like this, lets just hope it works outs.

I don't think i'll ever go back to eating the way I used to in this lifetime. When you eat right, it makes ya feel good.
