Read somewhere else on this thread, titled "Egg Whites" that a maximum of 50 grams of protein can be digested effectively at once, is this true? I realize it's ideal to consume several meals splitting the protein intake for your overall daily requirements/goals. If this is true, wouldn't the maximum amount depend on the individual, how can you compare someone who is 175 lbs and someone who is 300 lbs, obviously different quantities of protein needed to maintain weight. Any takers?![]()
