I think this is better place for my question than the diet section.
I am 1,80 cm tall and my weight is 90kg (approx 200 pound)
I bulk very clean for a half year. I eat 4000 kcal a day (lot's of prot and good carbs, minimal fat).
I tried to up my calories, but the plus gain was only fat. So I think approx. 4000 kcal is enough me for bulking (when I am off)
Now I started a bulking cycle.
1-10 Sustanon 500mg/week (shot e2d)
1-10 deca 400mg/week
1-4 dianabol 40mg
1-10 nolvadex 10mg
Should I up my calories ? If I shuld, when? I am on the 2. week now, I feel the power of the dbol. At the first week my breave grown 2 cm. I think it is water only, but I'm afraid of eating more calories.
So what should I do?
