just wondering why wheat bread is not considered a good carb source. I know its got gluten and alot of other processed foods in it, but how bad would having 1-2 slices in the morning with my breakfast be while i am LEAN bulking

While bulking it should be fine if your total approach is in order.
~SC~
It's a hell of a lot better than many carb sources.
while bulking i'll usually have a whole wheat bagel with oats and egg whites 2-3 times a week.
yea i am lean bulking and the rest of my diet is in check, but if i were to be cutting how bad would wheat bread be and the reasoning behind it, thanx.
like swol said
bump bump bump, the bread i have is called wheat and fiber. it has 2 grams of fiber per slice and it says that it contains wheat gluten(is this as bad as regular gluten or is this regular gluten) also could someone clear up how bad wheat bread is.
I love wheat bread while bulking
yea but like i said i am trying to minimize fat gain so would the wheat bread cause any excess fat if i at 2-4 slices a day?
hello is there anybody out there?
It's not the food choice persay but what macro's you eat it with. Keep your meals protein/carb or protein/fat and minimize any bleedover between the two to keep fat gain to a minimum. So don't slather on the mayo or cheddar if you have a turkey sandwich
Slather on the mustard!Originally Posted by hexadec
