ok im trying to stay very lean for the summer and all but i was wondering if having high GI carb like a white potatoe before a workout to help with a pump and more energy???
here's my current diet:
1: 50g pro-1/2shake and 4oz chicken breast/50g carb-oats
2: 50g pro-8oz chicken breast/ 50g carb-white potatoe
3: 50g pro-8oz chicken breast/1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
workout about 1.5hours after meal 3
4: PWO 50g shake/ 50g dextrose
5: 50g pro-8oz chicken breast/50g of oats6: 50g pro- 2 cans of tuna
6: 50g pro-2 cans of tuna/1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
should i also put a high GI carb in the PPWO even though im still leaning up??? will the high GI carb before and after make me start to store fat easier?)
im approx 175lbs...
