i actually like taking BSN's NOXPLODE before my workout......gives me good energy and focus. Eating a lot of food makes me tired right b4

I usually eat 3/4 of a boneless, skinless chicken breast and 1/2 cup( measured uncooked) brown rice 1.25 hours beforehand. 30 minutes out I take AAKG, di-arg. malate, citrulline malate, 200mgs caffiene, and 25mgs ephedrine.

That is what I do carbs for energy and protein for muscles no since in being in a catobolic state while trying to build muscles. Sometimes I mix the two in the blender and down it.Originally Posted by SwoleCat
