    Anyone use TRUEPROTEIN????

    If you use true protein can you please share some of your mixes...
    im looking for a good PWO mix
    and a throughout the day mix to switch instead of eating a meal when on the run

    I always wondered how you got 11k posts But no I've never tried true protein but there are other guys who have posted thier mixes, just type in "trueprotein mix" in the search bar, youll get a load of hits

    I just get 50/50 dex and maltodex. And their most expensive whey protein.
