    Looks sh*tty honestly!

Butter, chicken nuggets, fries, some kind of noodles, N-large as most of your kcals, etc.

    Whatever floats your boat.

Read the bulking sticky bro and defintly drop the butter! But seriously, if you cant gain any weight it seems as if you just want to weigh more according to your previous posts....start eating everything, you will probally gain some fat but you dont seem to mind.

Well, if it came fast we'd all be huge and ripped and they're wouldn't be much need for this forum. It ain't that easy. Everyone is telling you what' necessary to get what you want. Unless you want to be 220 @ 38%bf. Take it from someone who was 205 @ 10-12% bodyfat a year and a half ago, but now has stats similar to the former, you don't want that.

Yeah, if all you put on is fat on to a 120 lb. frame, you'll look like a very small fat boy.

    Not ideal at all.

For the record, my stats aren't that similar, I look like a medium sized chubby boy.

I wouldn't eat that every day no matter what. Not unless you are interested in heart disease or something

You have 36% bodyfat and you say you can't gain weight? Is that what you are saying?

What is "enforcing" food into your mouth?

    I'm totally confused.

yeah its true, but its a joke. dont really do it please! if i were you man i would just eat beef/fat salmon/fat chicken/carb, and lots of eggs. you can get to 140 without all that ****. you might even wana try taking those myoplex bars. and oh yeah, a good source for carbs is going to be oatmeal, so buy that

"enforcing" maybe i said the wronge word.. what i mean is pushing food inside my mouth

Like SplinterCell said, read the bulking sticky.

That's the most intelligent plan of attack.

    Good luck,
